| After 15 years of hunting the Midwest, obtaining and trophy managing some of the best deer habitat anywhere Philip Rega and Raymond Potter established United Country Outfitters. "Our primary philosophy is built around an unpressurized true trophy hunting experience." To ensure this philosophy, a strict quality deer management practice is as follows: A strict 140" minimum P&Y class score required on all properties. Tract 1: Tract 1 is our 450 acre Illinois/Wisconsin State line farm, of which 250 acres is located in Jo Daviess County, Illinois - 6 bowhunts per year, and 200 acres located in Lafayette County, Wisconsin - 6 bowhunts per year. This property is surrounded by a 1000 acre bowhunter sanctuary. Tract 2: Tract 2 is a 1500 acre parcel located in Jo Daviess County, Illinois of which 1000 acres is bowhunted, creating a sanctuary - 16 bowhunts per year. Tract 3: Tract 3 is a 1000 acre farm located in Jones County, Iowa (Zone 8). 10 hunts per year, 8 bowhunts and 2 December first season gun hunts. See "Our Properties" tab for aerial photos and property descriptions. All of our properties consist of agricultural, pasture, hardwood ridges, and ravines, surrounded by the best river bottoms and fertile soils anywhere.
